When you start with 8W Training, you will have access to an individually adapted and designed training schedule that one of our coaches creates for you.
 

You have four days of training and one rest day. You will also walk for 60 minutes daily.

You get a strict meal plan every week with recipes and good food to follow.
The recipes are easy to follow and designed to work with your everyday life. We also collaborate with Mathem.se, which means that you can easily order the food for your recipes directly to your door.

During your 8 weeks with us, you will have a personal coach with the primary goal of making you successful. Your coach will encourage and support you to reach your goals and be available for any future questions during the program.
