8 weeks of dedication is a body transformation program. Complete with coaching, exercises, and diet schedule. You will have a personal coach and belong to a small online group.

WORKOUT SCHEDULE.
You receive a workout plan that contains 48 gym- or home training sessions with clear instructional videos for each exercise. Typically, four days of workout and one day of rest. You will also walk 60 minutes daily (56 days).

TRAINING GROUP.
During these 8 weeks, you will be part of a small online group with digital meetings twice per week. In this forum we share positive thoughts, information, tips and support to each other. This is also were you will find all information during the program.

PERSONAL COACH.
You will have a personal coach with the primary target to make you succeed. Your coach will encourage and support you to reach your goals and be available for all upcoming questions during the program.

MEAL PLAN.
You receive a strict meal schedule with recipes to follow during your 8 weeks. It is easy to prepare and designed to work with your everyday life. Everybody follows the same plan. If you need to do small adjustments due to allergies etc, you will discuss this with your coach. You need to be able to eat most things, we do not recommend this program for strict vegans or vegetarians.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Registration for the program is binding and will be billed according to current payment terms of PayPal and Stripe. The entire registration fee shall be payed via this sites PayPal or Stripe registration before start of the program.

​We guarantee you a good but hard 8 weeks in the program, if you are not 100% satisfied with us and the progress your making in the 8W-program, i.a. getting stronger and feeling good, we will give you a full refund of the amount you payed us in US$. To get a refund ju must stick to and follow our program for at least 2 weeks and not signing out later than after week 5, fair enough? Time to get going - Welcome!

- My name is Fredrik Erixon, I am the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 8 Weeks of Dedication. I live in Stockholm and I have always loved working-out, train and give inspiration.
For me, 8W is a modern, different and happy way to help you getting started with a healthy lifestyle. The 8W-training program is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about walking, eating healthily, meeting new friends, and getting strong, really strong.
I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just 8 weeks of enough hard work. But I am neither a licensed trainer or educated dietist. So this program "8 Weeks of Dedication" is build up from my own experience as a athletes, adventurer, businessman and father of three kids, with a lot of help from skilled friends, although, I am an educated chef, I own my own Gym and have been training executives for more than 15 years. Welcome to 8 Weeks of Training.

8 Weeks of Dedication is a program and opportunity for you to complete four assignments over a period of 8 weeks:
1. Follow a detailed training plan, (choose outdoor-gym, home training or gym)
2. Follow a clear diet plan, with breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes
3. Take an hour walk every day
4. Join the closed Facebook group at 2 digital coach meetings every week

These 4 parts will change your body, your ability and your health.
The 8 weeks are carried out completely digitally, you will train a lot, you will lose weight and you will be fit, guaranteed!​

Customization

 The 8 weeks program is not something that we change or costomize, it is the "8 Weeks of Dedication", the program is going on for 8 weeks and have a set program, foodplan, recipice and trainingprograms, that you need to follow during the 8 weeks, you do not need to do nothing else... Just stick to the plan! If you have any more questions regarding the 8W of Dedication program, please read our FAQ or send us e-mail. Results during the 8W may vary depending on your starting point, goals and effort.

All the Tools You Need to Succeed as a 8W Coach

If you are interested of becoming a 8W Coach, you first need to be a student in the 8W-program. After that you can start to talk to your own 8W-coach and then apply to become a 8W-coach. There is a very good financial set up and clear monetary development plan for the 8W-coaching program.

 8Wtraining.com is not responsible for any injuries or other health effects that results from you using the information in this food-, training- and exercise programs. For your own safety, we recommend you to consult a doctor before starting an 8W exercise program, to ensure that you are in good physical and mental health. If you are unsure if you have the right technique when performing an exercise at the gym, at home or outdoors, we recommend you to contact a licensed PT (personal trainer). You can of course contact one of the 8W trainers for help (remember that no one in 8W-staff or the 8W-coaches are educated doctors, nutritionist or PT). 

For you to consider before register to "The 8W of dedication" program:
During your 8 weeks training program we recommend you to have access to a fully equipped gym since the training program is based on that, but there are training program for both outdoor- and hometraining. There are no alternative exercises to the ones in the 8W 4 days program, we only use the "4-days" of the exercises program, and there are films, text and illustrations with the exercises to use when training.
 
8 Weeks of Dedication is a digital concept, we meet twice a week to inspire, motivate and talk to the participants. We do not persuade anyone, which means that if you have the slightest doubt, you should not sign up for this 8 weeks program.

You need to be aware of the following and be prepared from the start:
- You must be 100% healthy.
- This is a unique concept where you follow an exercise and diet program, nothing else (if you don´t do so we can not be responsible) 
- Together with a group of up to 10 people, you support each other and get coaching via two online meetings per week in a closed FB group.
 
You decide 100% yourself how and if you want to continue, if something happens to you and your health / body during these 8 weeks We are not responsible at all, you must agree to that you do not in any way force you to do anything in the program, you choose, make decisions and monitor yourself…
