8 WEEKS TRAINING

WORKOUT SCHEDULE

You receive a workout plan that contains 48 gym- or home training sessions with clear instructional videos for each exercise. Typically, four days of workout and one day of rest. You will also walk 60 minutes daily.

MEAL PLAN

You receive a strict meal schedule with recipes to follow during your 8 weeks. Everybody follows the same plan. If you need to do adjustments due to allergies etc, you will discuss this with your coach. You need to be able to eat most things.

PERSONAL COACH

You will have a personal coach with the primary target to make you succeed. Your coach will encourage and support you to reach your goals and be available for all upcoming questions during the program.

TRAINING GROUP

During these 8 weeks, you will be part of a small online group with digital meetings twice per week. In this forum we share positive thoughts and support each other. This is also were you will find all information during the program.
