We are happy that you are interested of our 8 weeks body transformation program. It is a Complete 8 weeks training program, with coaching, exercises, and diet schedule. You will have a personal coach and belong to a small online group. We start new 8W-classes in the beginning of every month

WORKOUT SCHEDULE
You receive a workout plan that contains 48 gym- or home training sessions with clear instructional videos for each exercise. Typically, four days of workout and one day of rest. You will also walk 60 minutes daily (56 days).
MEAL PLAN
You receive a strict meal schedule with recipes to follow during your 8 weeks. It is easy to prepare and designed to work with your everyday life. Everybody follows the same plan. If you need to do small adjustments due to allergies etc, you will discuss this with your coach. You need to be able to eat most things, we do not recommend this program for strict vegans or vegetarians.
TRAINING GROUP
During these 8 weeks, you will be part of a small online group with digital meetings twice per week. In this forum we share positive thoughts and support each other. This is also were you will find all information during the program.
PERSONAL COACH
You will have a personal coach with the primary target to make you succeed. Your coach will encourage and support you to reach your goals and be available for all upcoming questions during the program.
